I’m excited to welcome another amazing guest, Nicole Scheitlin, onto the podcast today!

Nicole is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Pre/postnatal Fitness Specialist with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. She’s also a wife and mom of 2 boys. Nicole takes a performance training approach to help current and expecting moms prepare their bodies for a strong pregnancy, confident birth, and smooth postpartum recovery. 

Nicole believes every mama deserves to enjoy the journey into motherhood as much as possible, and seize exercise as an important tool to support our bodies through the changes.

Choosing movement that actually SUPPORTS your body during pregnancy is key - it’s not about maintaining a certain body weight or shape after all. It all goes back to confidence within your body, and trusting yourself along the journey!
