Prenatal & Postnatal Massage: Holistic Bodywork for Every Stage of Motherhood
With Amy

🌿 What to Expect in a Session with Amy

Every session with Amy is more than just a massage — it’s a holistic experience designed to support your body, mind, and journey through motherhood.

1. A Thoughtful, Whole-Body Assessment

As a practitioner trained in the Body Ready Method™ by Lindsay McCoy, Amy begins with a thorough, hands-on assessment of your body’s alignment, breath patterns, core and pelvic balance, and daily movement habits. This ensures each session is tailored to your unique needs — whether you’re experiencing SI joint discomfort, breech presentation concerns, or general tension.

2. Nurturing, Customized Bodywork

You’ll receive deeply therapeutic massage on Amy’s Earthlite Pregnancy Cushion — beloved by mothers and approved by chiropractors, OB/GYNs, midwives, and other professionals. This specialized cushion allows you to safely and comfortably rest face-down (a rare and soothing gift in pregnancy) or side-lying as needed. Each technique Amy uses is gentle yet effective, focusing on areas like the hips, back, shoulders, and pelvis to relieve pain, create space for baby, and encourage relaxation.

3. Practical Support Beyond the Table

Drawing from her background as a former labor & delivery nurse and prenatal yoga teacher, Amy completes each session by offering you personalized stretches, movement practices, breathwork, and lifestyle adjustments. These tools help you stay comfortable and balanced between sessions, supporting optimal fetal positioning, easing daily aches, and empowering you to feel more connected to your body.

Every session is held with compassion, clinical insight, and a deep respect for the sacred transition you’re walking through — so you leave feeling not only lighter in body, but deeply supported in heart and mind.
