Belly Binding For The Postpartum Mother

Postpartum Care You Can Feel in Your Body

Postpartum is not something to rush through or fix.

It’s a time to be deeply cared for and tended to.

This offering introduces you to traditional postpartum bodywork practices—

Abhyanga oil massagebelly binding, and other sacred self care practices such as pranayama, womb massage, and holistic breast care and massage

—so you can support your body as it heals after birth.

These practices are simple, grounding, and deeply supportive. They’re meant to be done at home, in your own time, in a way that feels realistic in the early weeks of your Sacred Window.

Why Is This Care So Important?

After birth, your body is open. Your nervous system is deeply permeable. Your hormones are shifting. And your body is healing in almost every way imaginable.

How you care for yourself during this window can shape how you feel for years to come.

In Ayurveda, and many other cultures around the world, they believe how you are tended to in the first 40 days after birth can predict your health and vitality for the next 40 years of your life.

This self care is the most supportive, nourishing preventative care you can hold, in my opinion.

This course helps you build gentle daily rituals that support:

  • physical recovery

  • emotional steadiness

  • nervous system regulation

  • a sense of being held and contained

  • and so much more!

Inside, You’ll Learn:

  • The basics of Ayurveda’s approach to the sacred postpartum window

  • Why rest and warmth are essential for healing after birth

  • How to practice Abhyanga massage in a simple, doable way

  • How to use belly binding to support your body physically and emotionally

  • Womb massage to support deep healing
  •  Holistic breast massage and myofascial release to support your feeding journey
